🎨 Messy Play Shropshire – Session Agreement

Welcome! Before we get messy, please read and sign this agreement.

By attending this session, you agree to the following terms:

🧒 Supervision & Responsibility

• I understand that I am responsible for supervising my child at all times during the session.
• Messy Play Shropshire is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damage caused due to lack of supervision.

🧼 Messy Play Safety

• I confirm my child does not have any allergies or medical conditions that may be affected by the materials used today, or I have informed the organiser.
• I understand that all materials used are non-toxic and taste-safe 🍓 but are not intended for consumption.
• I take full responsibility if my child puts materials in their mouth.

👕 Clothing & Clean-Up

• I understand that messy play activities can stain clothing 🎨 and agree to dress my child appropriately.
• I have brought a change of clothes and a towel if needed.

🏥 Health & Illness

• I confirm my child is currently well and not showing signs of illness 🤒 (e.g., fever, vomiting, contagious conditions).
• I understand that if my child becomes unwell during the session, I may be asked to leave early for the wellbeing of others.

🎒 Personal Belongings

• I understand Messy Play Shropshire is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items brought to the session.

👩‍👧 Behaviour & Safety

• I understand that if my child’s behaviour becomes unsafe or disruptive 🚫, I may be asked to step outside or leave the session for the comfort and safety of others.

🌦️ Weather, Venue, and Cancellations

• I understand that in the case of extreme weather or unforeseen venue issues, sessions may be rescheduled or transferred to a future date.
